1:43:14 a.m.: The Jeep and red car pass Bradley’s Dodge Challenger, which is parked in the opposite direction toward University Boulevard. Shortly after, Brandon Miller pulls up behind Bradley in his Dodge Charger. Miles gets out of the front passenger seat of Bradley’s car. He walks toward Essex and Davis, who are down Grace Street, closer to CVS.

1:44:02 a.m.: A few blocks down Grace Street, the Jeep slowly turns around, heading back in the direction of where the Challenger and Charger are stopped. Grace Street isn't a dead-end street – going north eventually leads to Riverside and Campus drives. The red car follows. The Jeep’s headlights remain off.

Johnson told police he turned around on Grace Street because he wasn’t from around here and was trying to find the best way out. Humphrey testified Johnson never communicated to Humphrey that he didn’t know how to get out of there or that he is not familiar with Tuscaloosa. Johnson never asked Humphrey for directions.

1:45:22 a.m.: Miles walks past the Charger on Grace Street as the Jeep comes closer. Then Miles walks past the Jeep.

There is a pretty damn good case that boyfriend was looking for a fight. But at the same time, Miles and Davis were hanging around the Jeep for a short while before Davis approached.

I think Davis is fricked and rightfully should be. He jogged at the car with a gun after allegedly threatening its passengers 5 minutes prior. Miles’ ruling will be fascinating to see
