I really believe a HC position is the only way Monken leaves Athens until he retires. The NFL OC position is skewing younger and younger these days and 56 is too old IMO.

I understand what you are saying about the youth movement.
But there are all types of OCs in the NFL. Under 40 does not have a stranglehold on OC jobs.
If a defensive minded NFL HC offers Monken what Kirby is offering (full control) he takes it. I don't have a doubt about it.
