Saban has won multiple national titles without Kirby, both at LSU and at Alabama, so no

Saban being the best in the business at assembling an elite staff, being arguably the best recruiter in his era, and being arguably the best developer of talent in his era is the catalyst for him winning. Saban hired Kirby when he was a complete nobody in 2004 and then again in 2007 at Alabama.

Saban is every bit as much as catalyst for Kirby's success, Kirby having coached under Saban for 13 years learning how to run a program like that.

I'm struggling to see any evidence of this. Saban recruited the best talent in college football by a ton. He then DEVELOPED those five stars?
