I agree with this.

But why not?

First... I'm glad they are playing. Football is best when the best players during the season are giving their best effort against the best competition.

Second... they are sacrificing a lot to play. I think this will be the new norm. Programs having to pony up $$$ for the post season run. With agents and underwriters telling players to stay out, there should be extra pulp in the Orange juice to compensate the risk. I think programs will be happy to pay it with what is on the line.
