Yeah I think so too . They keep saying oxygen loss to they brain so you may be right

That's a valid definition-based usage of the word "disturbing", but it is not a proper connotation-based usage. "Disturbing" is meant to connote ideas of foul play or self-harm in such context. If that's not the intention here, then it's rather clickbaitish to use it.
