Looks like he starting a new treatment, levedopa, for his Parkinson’s and took to Twitter to ask for prayers that the new treatment helps and doesn’t have side effects.

Prayers for you, your family and the doctors, Coach!!

My dad has been on that for 10+ years. It only slows the progression, but it doesn’t stop it. It’s a tricky dose, because not enough doesn’t help and too much causes hallucinations.

Parkinson’s sucks.

Prayers for CMR!

He's a DGD, but he's been a faithful servant of the Lord, and that actually means something in eternity.

Levodopa is pretty common place with Parkinson’s patients. However my prayers are with him always <><

Saw him on the ACC Network the other night when they were doing a special on Charlie Ward, Jr. He didn’t look good or sound good. Many prayers for Coach Richt.
