Yea that's what I don't get... once you're in college you maybe see some high school senior girls at college age parties over the summer but that's it... and in that case you probably already knew them from the high school you went to. So I wouldn't call that weird.
But I have no clue where a 22/23 year old goes to meet 16/17 year olds in normal life? You'd really have to seek that out. They're not at the bar... not at the same parties... shouldn't have overlapping friend groups... Like you'd actually have to go out of your way to seek that out. Weird AF...
