Any illicit image of someone shared in the act that's under 18 is considered "child sexual abuse material" by Florida statues.
So "child sexual abuse material" could still be of a 17-year-old engaging in a sexual act.

But if it’s “something he found on the internet” rather than him and a girlfriend having what might have been considered innocent fun back in the day, there’s no explanation or justification for this.
