This. And if it’s this it’s one of those cases where common sense should be used over “technically illegal”
It’s legal for an 18 yr old to date within 2 years his age, so anything exchanged consensually should be legal within that same age range

Even if she is in that age range you reference, he is going to have some serious problems if he was sending nudes to people without that person's consent.
