Ty couldn't beat out Milroe with BoB's coaching and we all saw how BoB handled the QBs and offense this season.

I don't think that's a fair assessment of Ty's ability. Ty is a true Freshman and Milroe is a RS Freshman. So Milroe had an additional year to learn BoB's/Bama's system and adjust to football at a major college program.

If Ty doesn't beat out Milroe this off season, then maybe it's time to question whether he was worthy of the 5* rating.

I think that's still too early to decide about that. Assuming he gets enough opportunity in the spring, and I think he will, then he will probably be here in the fall. I won't be surprised if Milroe started the first game, but I would be pretty surprised if Simpson isn't the starter by game 3 and thereafter.

I agree about Ty's ability. My issue is with BoB's coaching of it.

Another way to look at it-look at what BoB did with Milroe who did have time in his system. Holy hell, that was bad.

Also, can anyone name one player that BoB helped to improve from last season to this? Even without the injury, Bryce was much better last season.
We can apply the same to Golding. Our players didn't improve. They regressed.
