Mountain Brook has one of the highest populations in this list and the percentage of incomes over $200K is almost a third. A lot of these towns listed are very small or have a low percentage of incomes above that amount. The stats for Bellaire, Texas are very impressive compared to every other place on this list.

You are right though, mountain brook has 20k. That is a high median income for a place that size.
