The inputs are
- 40 pts for win/-40 pts for loss
- 3 pts for road game/-3 for home game
- opponent rank adjustment
- postgame win expectancy % (same as MOV)
- divided by 5
Biggest piece is wins and losses and then adjusted via opponent strength and performance in the game itself. I'd guess that the SunBelt teams (Troy, USA, Coastal) won't get nearly as much respect tonight.
If Tulane didn't have their horrid loss to Southern Miss they'd be in the Top 10 (remember they won @ Kansas State).
