Ordinarily I'd say give a guy at least 2 years but the offence was Eddie Gran tier the whole season and a huge step down from last year

This team had more talent on offense than any UK team in my lifetime and he still couldn't score. He needed to go, that shite was evident like 2 games in.

Worse than Eddie Gran if that is possible. Eddie never had this much talent, but his line could block.
