He is the best candidate and fit for Auburn. I can’t believe Cohen is going to pass on him.

I think many do. However, there has been a HUGE backlash in the the last 24 hours. There is no chance Auburn wants that smoke. If they hire Freeze, it will be national news that Auburn hates women, and it will be Auburn women leading the charge.

I was high on Kiffin a few weeks ago, before he got the shite kicked out of him by Arkansas then lost to Miss State.
I wasn’t a fan of how he handled things last week.
He’s a good coach but not worth the kind of money we’d have probably given him

Yup. There is no way Cohen hires someone who is going to completely fracture the Auburn fan base. I wouldn’t be surprised if he leaked Freeze’s name as the choice just to be able to point at the expected backlash and say, “See, Jimmy. I told you so.”

Auburn absolutely tried to hire Kiffin. Further, Kiffin absolutely had interest in the job. I believe HE thought he was headed to Auburn. Something changed. Maybe he decided he didn’t want it after all. Maybe he decided he wanted to finish what he started at OM. Maybe Auburn got cold feet. No one knows. No one will probably ever know, but it makes for good trolling.

Yes because we have a bunch of sanctimonious Baptist evidently that have made zero mistakes and think NCAA coaches are supposed to be infallible choir boys. They all sight the DM he sent yet don’t understand any fact or context surrounding it. Also MSU Baws you were right, sorry I doubted y’all. Kiffin was never interested in the dumpster fire at the cow college. I'm sure it would have worked out great if he was just like Horsin. Delusional pipe dream api can hire a decent coach.

His name was supposedly the top of our list. And if you’ve ever followed an Auburn coaching search you’d know that doesn’t mean a thing.
I believe there was contact and maybe an offer was made. But he did his best to frick all that up since last Saturday and frankly I’m glad we weren’t the ones to overpay him for 8 years.

I read on AuburnOn3 that having custody of his kids was a big reason he stayed at Ole Miss
