I don’t think so either. He can torture Alabama fine at Auburn. He knows the best thing for his career is to disrupt and get rid of Saban. Once that’s done, everything should return to “normal”.
Lane also knows he would be fired within 3 from Alabama and it would be ridiculous to follow Saban.
