Well they did just have Lovett and Thomas transfer to UGA, plus they still have Bowers and McConkey coming back, so I can see how he'd want to transfer to a place where he might see more targets.

Kirby saw weakness in his receiver room and made a decision to correct. He signed the two receivers from the portal, and he understood the risk of making some in his receiver room unhappy. Nick has done the same and will again.
Kirby doesn't care if those receivers leave nor did Nick when he went looking.
