can you elaborate on what an arbitrary cutoff date 30 years ago has to do with the current players on the team, which is what the dude said?

Our current players are 1 for 1 in winning natties they've played in.

Shows a consistent failure to reach the top. Meanwhile 2 other SEC teams have had more tries and better success rate.
