Just wow.
I haven’t seen D-Mase (picking right up where left off after his K State bludgeoning) in Stillwater, OK and the “Steele curtain” down in Coral Gables, FL (Mike Elko and Duke made him look so bad) mentioned lately.
And Chiz man WOW. Stop embarrassing yourself and get back to SECN.
Just wanted to give em’ a shout out.

My hot take is that Steele is vastly overrated for his efforts as DC here. He did a good job, yes, but I don’t think our D would have ever been what it was if we didn’t have Muschamp prior to Steele. He started something and got some good players in that made it much easier to keep the machine going for a few years.

Gene Chizik proved at AU he had no idea how to defend modern offenses back in 2011/2012. He wasn’t going to improve from that
