When you fry your turkey this thanksgiving (and if you are not frying your turkey this thanksgiving, there is no helping you to begin with), take a thin sliced ribeye douse it in a simple flour, salt, pepper, egg bath and drop it in for the last 4 mins of the turkey fry. Skim off some of the peanut oil and mix with heavy cream and add corn starch to thicken.

We did it the last 4-5 thanksgivings, and between the 3 of us frying turkeys, the steak did not make it in the house.
