Always been ride or die for me. But it's a new day.

This feels different then any other coaching change seems 99% of the fans are all on the same page. We want a good coach an understand it's gonna take 2-3 years before we are ready to compete against Bama and UGA.

I’ll actually turn the game on this Saturday for the first time since Penn St debacle. If just for nothing less than to see Cadillac as interim head coach

Same. I stopped watching after LSU -‘I will start watching again even knowing we will still lose. It will be fun to see Caddy on the sidelines.

Between this and the Broncos using it, I hope this phrase dies a horrible death.

horseshite. We almost beat Bama's arse last year. We are a good Qb from being competitive in every game. Need better LBs too

ok if you think so. Oh and we were 6-5 at the time we almost beat bama. By competing with Bama and UGa I mean competing for championships.

If you think in a year or even 2 that a coach should be competing for SEC championships at the level of the talent on our roster at this moment I would say you're delusional.

Yes some big strides can be made in the portal and in recruiting. But you're talking about flipping 40-50 players over 2 years with talent equal to UGA and bama. I don't see it. I hope it can but don't see it. This will be 3 way way below Auburn standard recruiting classes.

Agreed, with today’s portal and NIL, it’s possible to speed it up some but it will take someone with mad skills to maneuver the new landscape deftly. 2-3 years seems reasonable. And I agree, competing for hardware against our rivals is what we want.

I’ll say I’m happy our leadership realized this Harsin experiment was a mistake and cut the losses quickly. Nothing against Harsin, it was just a bad fit for both.

We need to get this next hire right and get us back to winning. We have potential to have good coaches across all 3 major sports for the first time ever.
