This Alabama team SHOULD be nearly unbeatable.

There’s absolutely no reason that they can’t be extremely aggressive rushing the passer to make it wildly difficult for any QB to find open receivers. Hell I don’t even think Koolaid and 7 will have trouble covering receivers given an aggressive DL.

And the safeties are good.

But if Alabama gets zero pressure LSU won’t have any issues building upon what they’ve built.

Alabama should be looking at scoring 30 points to secure every single game they play. But nothing I’ve seen tells me that is realistic.

I think Alabama wins a wildly stupid looking game at something like 37 to 34.

I wouldn’t be shocked if LSU won.

I don’t know enough about X’s and O’s to talk about them, though.

One problem my gump friend, he is a better runner that Bryce and often he just makes up runs. Therefore you can’t use your 150 coaches and extra week to prepare. You lose contain he will run, keep perfect contain but he sees a gap he may run, call perfect play on defense he way still run for 15.

Also we can pressure Bryce too as well as Tennessee did if not better. I’d we had Mason and our typical DBs we could possibly shut you down, (don’t worry he is back next year and we have possibly 3 5 star dbs in this class)

However, Bryce will make some plays. IF refs call a fair game and Daniels plays well, and our ST don’t shite the bed, I see another game just like Tennessee but more along 38-32 range maybe closer. The winner will have more points. I would say you have 68-70% of winning

This. The last two seasons have been hugely frustrating watching talent get squandered.

Can you imagine this team with Smart or Pruitt as DC and Sark or Kiffin as OC.

Why?

So why the 1st quote? That “A” ain’t as intimidating as it once was. You don’t just show up on the road and win automatically because everybody’s scared of you anymore. You’re gonna have to do Xs and Os things to actually win it. And since you admittedly don’t know enough to talk about them, I go back to wondering where you get “this Alabama team SHOULD be nearly unbeatable.” Because clearly, this year anyway, they are not.
