was the mush rush of all mush rushes

Same thing we've done for years against a QB that can run. They want to keep him in the pocket but we don't get pressure and he has all day to pick apart secondary. I hate it.

If he can’t throw that’s fine but no pressure lead to way to much time to throw those TD bombs.

It’s a pick your poison kind of thing. We mush rush against a thrower and he burns us with his arm. He did. I personally think we have stopped the QB run this year very well.

Whatever our gameplan on defense was in this game didn't work! And I didn't see much change in the D the entire game. Their O-Line stone-walled us into oblivion.

I'm not sure if a coach who made his living teaching toughness and perseverance is going to do well in the age of NLI. We know from the NFL that there is a certain percentage of players who once that first big paycheck comes, they never play hard again. It's human nature. there will be 5 star 6 figure salary busts in college, probably more so than the pro ranks because at least those guys are a few years older.
