Actual population increased by 10,000 between 2010 and 2020 to 30,000. When students are there, population is over 50,000. Still booming, but growth is being managed well. Note: Oxford may now have the most roundabouts (traffic circles) of any town in the country. Very European idea.
Lots of writers like myself here, and we all sign at Square Books, which received Publishers' Weekly's independent book store of the year in 2019.

Actually Gainesville, Florida has the most I have ever seen. Must be a college thing.
