Is Saban going to risk Bryce's career this weekend just like he did to Tuna?

We all know there is no end to this man's greed and cheating ways.
It's probably because he's so short....classic small man syndrome.
He has to continue to win at all costs to compensate for his height which his wife is surely secretly or not so decretly unsatisfied by. frick Saban and frick Alabama.
I bet they shoot him up with the strongest steroids and painkillers possible and ducktape it up and send him out there to be killed.
I want him to play btw, but not an injured version of himself that one hard hit high will sit him for the rest of the year.
For anyone who doesn't know shoulder strain injuries hurt like hell and take WEEKS to fully recover usually. And this is on this throwing arm.
Good luck to BY if he does play. He is going to be a sitting duck out there against Byron Young and crew.

Is that what your exhaustive medical examination of Bryce's shoulder revealed, doctor?
It can depend on the severity of the sprain. If it's stretched or frayed (Grade 1), it might simply be a pain-management issue. Anything more, Grade 2+, and it could be weeks of treatment.
Everyone keeps mentioning shooting him up — AC joint injection can provide significant relief and allow "playing through it," but quarterbacks and receivers are more susceptible due to the range of motion required.
Anecdotally/personally, I think the best-case scenario for these injections is among pure-contact positions, such as a running back or linebacker, for example. In that case, they are usually introduced along with additional padding on top of the shoulder (underneath the usual shoulder pads), to prevent point-loading on that site.
In other words, these things can be unique, and there are specific/particular circumstances that we just can't know about Bryce's. He may be able to play at near 100%, he may be limited.
To suggest that he'd be out there regardless (just for a win) is asinine.

No it doesn't. Depends on the grade. I had a grade 1 and it took about 5 or 6 days.

Grade 2 sprains generally take at least four weeks to heal, while grade 3 sprains can take as long as six to eight weeks to heal fully. If the sprain requires surgery, you may need as long as several months to fully recover.
