Why did they not review if he stepped out? It looked to me like he stayed inbounds.

On the replay that CBS showed, it looked to be pretty obvious. I would imagine the press box refs were looking and saw it and didn't think it was worth stopping the game over because it was obvious. Game is long enough without unnecessary stoppage.

I know this guy is a QB but he's so fast there needs to be a package or two..jet sweep or something to get him a touch or two in the open field.
