What matchups are yall watching througout the day?

UK/Ole miss is in the noon slot which I'll have on but it just doesn't feel all that sexy. Michigan and OU both play unranked teams in this slot but neither are enticing enough to make appointment TV for me.

Surprisingly there's not a lot of heavyweights going in the afternoon slot either. The main event is bama/arkansas which could be cool and I'm sure all of america is rooting hard for arkansas but they'll probably fade down the stretch. OkSt/Baylor and WF/FSU are both ranked matchups but do we really care abotu either?

Then we get the night slight where they've crammed all the good games in at the same time, for some unknown reason. There's us obviously. Youv'e got LSU/AU at 7 which on paper should be an LSU cruising but it's @AU so who knows they could make a game of it. Also intersted to see how AU looks considering we'll play them 7 days later. Nc State / Clemson is a top 10 matchup. WVU and Texas could be a sneaky good game. Then you've got Lanning's boys in the super late slot but I'll be long asleep by then.

There are 5 top 25 matchups this week and 5 top 10 teams playing in them. Games are pretty spread out too. Got a noon matchup, 2 3:30 and 2 night games. Nice slate actually

Michigan v. Iowa has my interest. I don't fully believe in Michigan's #4 ranking

Michigan has played no one with a pulse, and Iowa always drags teams into sloggy defensive fights. Michigan is averaging 50 a game, and Iowa is giving up only 5.8

UK/Ole Miss will also be on my radar since it'll be another ranked test for UK. Florida was grossly overrated and not good at all, so I'm curious to see how UK looks against a more properly rated SEC opponent. Especially after seeing UK's OC put out that god awful quote today saying he thinks Levis will be drafted 1.1

Alabama-Arkansas is must watch, but I'll probably double screen and put on Wake-FSU.

Besides the Georgia and Alabama games (and Michigan barely)….every other game you mentioned has a single digit point spread. On paper, this is the strongest weekend of ‘22 as of yet by far. Plus it’ll be cool enough for a fire tomorrow morning

If that’s not enough, the Braves Mets showdown can be watched by non-xfinity slaves on both Saturday and Sunday instead of having to listen to am radio

Sheeeeeeit.

Gimme:

Ole Miss
TCU
Iowa St
UGA (never bet on the dogs but the odds and percentages are too damn good)
Iowa - moneyline - called it before the season in the prediction thread so sticking with it
Clemson - it’s their 1 of 2 games they play all year

Late night:
USC - cover big…have all season
Oregon - boys are on a roll

Win all your money:
Arizona! Colorado is a hot mess

That was crazy.

Now off to coach my son Brayden on his travel team ball in hopes he makes the majors one day and all my debts will be forgiven……

Jk - I’m off to coach my son whose not named Brayden on a rec team where we have a lot of fun and learn baseball and defending our championship because we aren’t the most talented team, but we are the best TEAM.

Ole Miss special teams making the difference in this one. One blocked xp, another prevented that was mostly UKs fault though, downing punt on UK’s 1 inch line which led to a safety a few plays later, and a 50 something yard field goal.

Without all that it’s tied 14-14 instead of 19-12

How in the hell could espn think that people watching an Ole Miss Kentucky football game give a rats arse if a NY Yankees homerun record gets broken??

Unbelievable

ESPN thinks because they are all NY Yankee fans that it must mean that everyone is

Says everything about them.
