This is pretty simple. The Rebels' home games have come against Tulsa, Central Arkansas and Troy.
Not exactly a "must see" lineup there.
When they play top 10 Kentucky and three other SEC West schools, attendance and atmosphere is going to improve dramatically.

This is not true.
Growing up in the SEC some of the worst teams historically (South Carolina and Kentucky come to mind) it was a family event and you went to see crappy teams beat your team.
