Should've been a safety,he wasn't down but he threw the ball away sideways to avoid a sack.inentional grounding

Might want to rewatch the video. He threw the ball forward but the defender deflected it with his helmet. If you look at around 130 mark in the link posted earlier he threw and hit the helmet of #0 and it bounced out of bounds.
