Just to recap where things stand
1. Jimbo picked a new QB coach for 2022 and our QB play to begin the season has been really bad
2. Jimbo picked a new OL coach for 2022 and our OL play to begin the season has been even worse
3. Jimbo picked a new TE coach for 2022 and our TEs are non-existent
4. Jimbo picked a new DC for 2022 and that DC couldn't figure out how to get off the field
5. Our current OC has an $85 million buyout
I hate being a pessimist, but I don't see us ever getting a product commensurate with the money invested in the current regime

Serious question. Would the powers that be, really pay that much to make him walk ? I am not a fan of guaranteed money for coaches. IMO, there should be some sort of merit stipulation in a coach's contract. O wins a natty then smokes LSU for a substantial buyout because of his ineptness. I know sports isn't real life, but c'mon.

Excuse me, because I don't see it, but if this is true, OC being (offensive coordinator?), that's a hell of a lot of money. Is this even possible?
