Why doesn’t Saban get animated after undisciplined plays anymore?

Be it penalties, busted assignments, etc., he just doesn’t get animated anymore. He doesn’t throw his headset or hand out spankings.
Any theories on why that is? Do you think he feels like young guys these days no longer respond well to that sort of thing, so he has to take a softer approach? Do you think he is simply losing his edge?

I've asked this question for a year now. He don't crawl asses like I used to like. It's like he's almost indifferent. Something is just different about Saban now.

Saban has never gotten worked up in tight games, and we have had a lot of those lately.

Low-T. Happens to all of us as we age. In all seriousness, he tends to be calmer in tight games and rip people when we are killing a team. Prob a combination of both things.

He got pissed last week at the second team for an illegal formation penalty up 55-0
As others have said, he has never been too animated in tight games and there have been a lot of those the last 2 years
