This needs to be emphasized. When a biological man decides to become a woman and goes through hormonal treatments, pre op counceling and evaluation, and then surgeries to accomplish this ( eg Kaitlyn Jenner), that's one thing. When a guy puts on makeup and a dress and calls himself a woman, that's quite another. The first used to be called transgender and the latter used to be called a transvestite but now they seem to be considered the same thing, which they are not.

No difference. They're both men. All the surgeries and hormones in the world will never change that.
