They have the right to live whatever way they want. But others also have the right to reject their views and not have what they view as hedonism (or even just overall wrong) forced down their throat. It’s that simple really. They aren’t telling him to be locked in a cage. They just don’t want to share a sisterhood bond with a dude.

I have no issue with someone like this person making whatever decisions they want that don't affect others. If he decides he is really a girl and wants to get his dick cut off, that's his right.
I do have an issue when someone demands that others not only tolerate their decisions, but accept them. I can tolerate a lot of things that I will not necessarily accept. The two aren't the same. Just like it is this guy's right to decide they are a girl, it's my, and everyone else's, right to say, "No, dude, you're not. You're just playing a very elaborate game of pretend." I don't get to make decisions for him about what gender he wants to be, but he doesn't get to make decisions for me about what gender I think he is. Trying to force himself to be accepted into a sorority is doing exactly that - "I have decided I'm really a girl and I am going to force you to act like I'm a girl, too, even if you don't think I am one." Freedom means making your own choices; it most assuredly does not mean making others abide by the choices you make.

Psychotic disorders:
Psychotic disorders involve distorted awareness and thinking. Two of the most common symptoms of psychotic disorders are hallucinations -- the experience of images or sounds that are not real, such as hearing voices -- and delusions, which are false fixed beliefs that the ill person accepts as true, despite evidence to the contrary. Schizophrenia is an example of a psychotic disorder.
