It isn't. But, 64 yards in that time frame is a higher pace than 184 yards in 4 full quarters.
The stat was for yards.

He had 100 yards and a TD in 18 plays/18 minutes in game 1.
He had 64 yards and NO TD in 23 plays/18 minutes in game 2.
So, you were wrong. Way wrong.
