re: Most Overrated/Underrated Football Programs (1989-Present)

Missing on Texas and USC at an 80% clip the past 15 years. Why does the AP still rank teams, at least give ‘em a hint and throw out the preseason rankings. Just garbage, seemingly safe picks. Why can’t they figure it out about these two schools or do they not care
