The cop didn’t say he drifted out of his lane. He said he drifted left to right in his lane.

It was 2am. Assuming that he WAS "drifting" (again, the Kampus Kops), that could as easily be cause by tiredness as anything else. Breathalizer tells us that it certainly was not caused by alcohol intoxication.

I cannot emphasize enough that you non-Ags do not understand the horrible (and well-deserved) reputation of the Kampus Kops.
