I don’t think that’s how it would work.

If they made $100M next year all of it would go to the ACC who would split it up equally with the other schools regardless of where they played.

It was a crazy contract to sign and will be tough to exit unless enough teams leave that it’s no longer legally binding.

I have heard so many different takes about the ACC GOR that I am not sure what to believe but if that is true than no one would leave the ACC.

Still, why would ESPN renegotiate this soon if the GOR is so iron-clad? If this is not about teams possibly breaking the GOR, what is ESPN up to? They are up to something and it is whatever is best for them and not the ACC.
