Bama could recruit under the table. That under the table money is small in comparison to NIL money and Saban knows Bama will not be able to keep up longterm. That is why he is complaining.
In a year where the in-state talent is unprecedented and one of the two big time programs (AU) isn't able to pull their share of that talent?
