Your friend should be fine as long as he isn’t a dumbass. Don’t freak out and pay a crazy amount. There will be tickets available

Nobody really cares. It’s baseball. Do they even keep stats?

I overpaid last year. The tickets are VERY high and Ticketmaster owns more than local fans. So they jack the price up.

I literally could have waited until 30 minutes before game time or waited until game time and bought tickets at face value right behind home plate.

Be patient and you will get tickets at reasonable prices and not several hundred dollars.

Are the outfield seats G/A again or did they sell them as a reserved seat again? Supposedly the reserved seats were a one time deal due to Covid but I had a feeling they would keep selling them reserved. Instead of $10 a piece in a book at the grocery store Ticketmaster got to sell them and get their cut.

With Ole Miss winning right now, cheapest for tomorrow are now $300+ each. Crazy.

I got lucky last year. After we came back against VA I went ahead and jumped on Ticketmaster and bought club seats for the first 2 championship series games for $40 on Ticketmaster then managed to get back on at 12:30 AM after game 2 and got outfield seats for game 3. I know they went ahead and put game 3 on sale this morning at 9:00.

I would imagine shifting the series from Mon/Tue/Wed to Sat/Sun/Mon didn’t help the situation this year.
