Actually we're not a democracy, we're a democratic republic....big difference.

Plus the ruling isn't a disgrace, it's the correct ruling as it puts the decision of for/against in the hands of the states, it's called state's rights. This is how the founders meant for this to work.

Federal Government was only meant to protect our borders and the states, fed wasn't meant 'Lord' over states, stop watching CNN and MSNBC for all your news, you'll be far better informed instead of being further brainwashed by college and liberal democrat mouthpiece major media.

SCOTUS takes gun control out of the state's hands one day, and the next takes women's health rights out of their own hands to put it into the state's

And frankly, I don't give a flying frick what our syphilis-ridden founding fathers meant. The world is not the same as it was 250 years ago. You can't govern the same as you did 250 years ago. They weren't blessed with some divine, timeless knowledge of how a government should work, and it's stupid to act like they were
