Ole Miss/Arkansas/Auburn v A&M in the championship series would be less than good for the LSU program. I have no idea why so many are rooting for this. Even getting past all the personal rivalry stuff (especially with Ole Miss), I have no idea why anyone would root for a team sharing the division to win a national title while the program you root for is trying to rebuild. That doesn't make that job easier. But you are correct in that most on here are rooting for that All-SEC final. I also don't believe were LSU in this position that many non LSU fans would be rooting for LSU unless they were playing Texas.

I'll never understand this. Why should I as an LSU fan, want a team who we have to compete against every year, to have success and gain momentum as a program. In addition to that, why do you give a frick if LSU fans are rooting for Notre Dame or any other team vs you?
