New NIL legislation signed.
Also appears to be a middle finger to the NCAA. Not a bad thing in my view.

Missouri is home to AB InBev, Enterprise/National Car Rental, Energizer/Eveready batteries, World Wide Technology, Boeing, Bass Pro Shops, etc
