No, it wouldn't. That's the problem these days is everyone keeps saying "well if we flush this hundred year old tradition down the shitter, then we can [insert dumb thing]!!!"

SO WHAT? The 1-7 model means we lose the DSOR soo..we can play misssippi state and arkansas more often? So what?

We get rid of the WLOCP soo...we can play oregon more often to start the season? So waht? Who cares?

We should play UF every year, around halloween, in Jakconsville. We should play AU every year, ideally in November but they've already fricked that one up. Anything that takes away either of the above can frick off.
