It was the 2nd highest rated cable game behind Alabama/LSU. Nothing else was really even close behind those 2.
Look man, Bama/UT brings in no extra eyeballs. That doesn’t mean you can’t still fight for it, but it isn’t a special draw like some other rivalry games

It very clearly brings in more eyeballs than most games, and that's with a Vols team that hasn't been competitive in over a decade.
