What schools are the strongest supporters of the 1-7 model?

The expansion teams who don’t have traditional rivalries and the worse historical programs that want to make it easier to make bowl games.

I listened to a snippet of Dellinger from Cullotas show and he didnt name teams but he said the "Top half" wants a 9 game schedule and the "bottom half" wants a 8 game schedule. Make of that what you will. Only school he named was LSU who was solidly in the 9 game camp. I would think all of the Big 6 are in the 9 game camp
