They actually aren't terrible for a gameday weekend option. Hell, I'm going to be drinking beer and grilling meats outside all day anyway. A full size fridge, and a kitchen for prepping tailgate food half a mile from the stadium is pretty damn ideal. Most parking lots are farther from the stadium than that.

I'd jump on those places whenever UGA gets to travel to College Station.
That looks like the perfect college town/CFB space for a weekend.
