How much terrorism has been funded by A&M through Qatar?

Qatar has been accused of supporting Hamas, Al-Qaeda, and more recently ISIS. A&M, more than any other American institution, has extremely close ties with the government of Qatar in the form research funding. How this money is actually spent has long been in question.
