Now he could certainly afford a few 5 stars.

Nope. I have never heard of him publicly making any donations to Auburn.

He certainly voiced his public support though

I think he has, but has never made it public. I don’t see him wasting money on kids unless they are engineers coming to work for Apple. He goes to most Auburn football games.

I think that’s why Josh Pate said that “auburn could have more money” than Alabama.

I raised an eyebrow when he said that.

In the grand scheme of things, Tim Cook is nowhere near Bezos, Musk, Gates level rich. He's worth roughly a billion with nearly all of it tied up in stock. And he's much more focused on a thousand other issues than Auburn football. Your ideal booster is someone like a Jimmy Rane who has several hundred million and football is on his mind every day. You want bored money, not CEO on the world's largest company money. aTm and Texas, for example, have a ton of old money, bored boosters who breathe football. There are probably over 100 Jimmy Rane type fans living in Texas right now.

He does, academically certainly. I'm sure he donates to the athletic department or else Malzahn would not have given him such personal access to the football team.
