In Texas, NIL cannot be conditioned or offered in exchange for athletic performance or continued enrollment/participation at the university or any other school.

As soon as an NIL offer is extended as a condition of enrolling at a school, a violation of state law has occurred.

It is your belief that executable NIL deals were extended to recruits?

It's my belief, yes, based on circumstantial evidence. I think there's enough of that to warrant an NCAA investigation.

I don't think it was Jimbo's recruiting prowess alone that landed a historic recruiting class.

Yes that is what everyone is saying. We are saying Texas A&M agreed to pay high school players millions of dollars (in total) to come to Texas A&M. They were promised this money just to sign with them.

They would work out the details at a later date whether they had to actaually make an appearance or shoot a commercial but what they did on or off the field does not matter.

They received the money ONLY to attend A&M. They were paid to play. They broke the NIL rules set up by the NCAA. They cheated.

We all realize the NCAA has no teeth, we realize many people do not agree with the rule or thinks it should not exist. But the rule does exist, and A&M cheated. They are cheaters.

If your wife is constantly late getting home, doesn't answer the phone, smells like Old Spice, is seen walking into a hotel with another man. Do you think to yourself "well, I've never seen her physically having sex with another man so I don't know for sure".

We all know it. Jimbo knows it. Aggie fans know it. You know it.
