All of the old SWC/big 12 games will be amplified exponentially. Add in Ole Miss and LSU, who both have a history of playing many of those teams from back in the pre-expansion days anyway, and you'd have a hell of an entertaining league just on its own, where basically everyone would hate each other and they are all regionally close.
Who the hell wouldn't enjoy a league of this:
Arkansas
Ole Miss
Mizzou
Texas
Aggy
LSU
Oklahoma
Miss State

Pretty sure LSU, Miss State, and Ole Miss fans wouldn't enjoy it. We would be giving up real traditional rivalries in the SEC for more forced rivalries in the Big12 lite.
