Every game is filled with announcers discussing how to make games quicker. It would be so easy. Get rid regular season reviews in baseball. Get rid of all mound visits.
I’d drastically limit the number of players on a roster so that you couldn’t make 6 pitching changes in a game but that’s personal preference. Pitching changes in the middle of an at bat should be an automatic walk.
